Would the Enforcement of Reciprocity Be a Mix of Brutal Fascism and Communism?

The English language including word definitions unlike French has no regulating body. I think there might be some correlation with the differences between American and French law and liberty. As it is, I am highly skeptical of the sweeping statement in The Natural Law Institute that the capitalism/socialism dichotomy is false.

It thus skirts both Existentialist absurdity and Marxist certitude. The reciprocity-ideal is somewhat hastily fanciful because it is based on two very different forms of word minimization, demonization and denial. It seems to me that in practice the enforcement of reciprocity would be a willy (male) nilly (female) hodge podge of sadistic Fascist and Communist brutality.
