My very extensive critical reading of Peirce will virtually prove it. Ronald Green, (currently writing a book supposedly "about" "existence" as if possible from "existence") do you know that the geometric concept displacement is the absement of velocity, i.e., that integral is relative absement? If you cannot picture that, you might want to ask someone else who can. The picture is that any derivative is a virtual (imaginary) point by geometric necessity substituted by the infinitesimal and that every point on the so-called plane of such points is absent to every other IN TERMS OF TIME, i.e. absement. The plane is absent from every point supposedly that it "consists" of. In other words anything that everything is, is a point, and such point is point-i, namely word (symbol). Peirce seems (in terms of the optimism of my hypothesis that "the world" is the dualism of nonword and word in order to invert word, and its systematic denial as WHAT everything is) to include the index of animal "consciousness" about the world as the dicisign, i.e, as part of "what exists." Point-i is the idea that the index is error in constitution of "normal." So he maintains only half of the error of the explanation, "existence." At least he does not seem to include "the icon" (direct image) in the concept, "dicisign," i.e., being ABOUT what "exists." The point-i conclusion is that the icon is the fallacy of the natural as the index is the fallacy of the normal, together constituting "the world," i.e., "existence" and in terms of which the symbol is merely subjective human opinion... which is probably the most sacred "epistemological truth." Geodesics or plain geometry is sheer circular confirmation of the abysmal bullshit fundamentalistic bias that is the mayhem. I.e., the explanation by completeness as incompleteness and vice versa, "existence." The ground explanation "existence" is unity bullshit and the abyss that is the mayhem |
