And I would add to that, "fur baby" may refer to the way dogs parasitically (mature brood parasitism) take the place of a human child for women. So that kind of thing is more broadly also at work in the heartfelt bullshit about the baby owl.

Social justice twittery propaganda is like rain to the belly of a woman. It is the parasitic bullshit. Manly talk is thereby relegated to mere mansplaining. Next tier progressivist reality is artificial intelligence as the comprehensively metastatic subversion of all meaning.
